We offer a Fully Automatic Almond Packaging Line that utilizes a hot melt adhesive seal for both the Fully-Automatic FOL Case Former or the Fully Automatic FOL Case Erector and Fully Automatic Case Sealer. Almonds are indexed under the scale of your choosing prior to being sealed and conveyed to a Fuji Robotic Palletizer with Automated Palletizing Conveyor.
- KF804HM – Fully Automatic FOL Case Former – Designed and engineered for forming 50# almond cases. The model KF804HM is a heavy duty full length model which has its own KD indexing hopper. The hopper is equipped with 2-axis vacuum pick system which is designed to automatically feed KD into the forming section. Also equipped with heavy duty compression powered side belts to ensure glue bonding. Up to 12 CPM performance.
- KE300HM – Fully Automatic FOL Bottom Case Sealer – Designed and engineered for erecting and bottom gluing of FOL cases. This model uses hot melt adhesive as a sealing unit. Up to 12 Cases per Minute performance on standard 50# Almond box.
- KV2008 – Fully Automatic Load Station – Designed and engineered for indexing open carton beneath scale for loading, then vibrating load and presenting for case sealing.
- K731HM – Fully Automatic FOL Top Case Sealer – Designed and engineered for closing and sealing FOL (Full OverLap) cartons containing pliable or rigid products. The machine is equipped with horizontal and vertical crank screw adjust for quick change over. Also equipped with motorized heavy duty side belts for reliable case advance operation.Up to 15 Case per Minute performance.
