How do Semi-Automatic Case Sealers Work?

Semi-automatic case sealers are easy to use and can be set up in minutes. They work by using an automatic sealing mechanism that quickly seals the case. This helps to speed up the packing process and makes it more efficient.

Step One: Place the case on the sealer

First, you need to place the case on the case sealer. To do this, simply lift open the lid and lay your case flat on it.

Step Two: Set up your sealing bar

Next, you’ll want to set up your sealing bar by placing it on top of where you placed your case. There are two tabs that stick out from the case. You’ll want to align these tabs with the grooves on your sealing bar that will hold them in place.

Step Three: Close case sealer lid

Once you’ve set up your case, it’s time to close the case sealer lid and lock everything in place. It should snap shut at this point, but if, for some reason, it doesn’t, make sure the locking tabs on either side are in the locked position.

Step Four: Push down on sealing bar

The last step is to push down on your sealing bar. This will activate the automatic sealer and quickly close the case. You’ll hear a loud noise as it seals, so be prepared.
